SPRING TREATS - APPLE 2 WAYS



 



Spring is here! Time to freshen up your snack and treat time. Scroll down to find out how I use Apples in two different ways to create some funky, delicious healthy recipes!

                       APPLE CIDER HONEY JUICE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp of unfiltered apple cider vinegar
  • Honey
  • Water
 HOW TO:
      This apple recipe requires no apple yet it is 100% natural and tastes just like the juice you find in supermarkets! Simply pour one 1tbsp of unfiltered apple cider vinegar into a cup, add water and honey. Stir until it's well mixed and voila! 

               ALMOND BUTTER CREAMED APPLE (ABC apple!)

INGREDIENTS

  • Almond Butter
  • Apples
  • Whipped Cream (carton)
  HOW TO :
       Slice apples into pieces with an even top. Apply almond butter on top of sliced apples. Add whipped cream on top of the almond apple. Eat all of them together and it tastes heavenly!
